Information We Collect

When you use JustSendFax, we collect only what is necessary to complete your fax transmission:

• The PDF document you upload (temporarily)
• The recipient fax number you provide
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details)
• Order metadata (timestamps, delivery status)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to process and deliver your fax, confirm delivery, and handle any support issues related to your order.

Data Retention

Uploaded documents are deleted from our servers as soon as the fax transmission finishes, whether or not it was delivered. Documents that are uploaded but never sent are deleted within 24 hours. Order records (without document content) may be retained for a limited period for billing and support purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Sinch — Fax transmission (your document and the recipient number are sent to Sinch to deliver the fax)

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your order data by contacting us through our Support page. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Documents are kept only for the brief period needed to transmit them and are then deleted.
