Do I need an account?
No account required. Simply upload your PDF, enter the recipient's fax number, and pay once to send your fax.
What file types are supported?
We support PDF files up to 10MB and 50 pages (Basic covers up to 5 pages). Password-protected PDFs can't be faxed, so remove the password before uploading.
How long does fax delivery take?
Most faxes are delivered within a few minutes; longer documents take a little longer. If the recipient's line is busy, we automatically redial: once for Basic, up to 3 times for Priority, and up to 5 times for Certified.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes. Your status page updates live and shows the moment delivery is confirmed, so bookmark it or keep the tab open. Certified faxes also include a printable delivery receipt.
Are my files stored?
Only temporarily. Your document is deleted from our servers as soon as the transmission finishes, whether it was delivered or not. Documents that are uploaded but never sent are deleted within 24 hours.
What happens if delivery fails?
If your fax can't be delivered after all redial attempts (for example, the number isn't a fax line or is disconnected), your status page will show it and we automatically refund your payment in full.
