JustSendFax is a service of Knox Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). JustSendFax provides an online fax transmission service. You upload a PDF document, provide a recipient fax number, and we transmit your document via fax on your behalf.
You agree not to use JustSendFax to send unsolicited faxes, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar regulations.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed before checkout and are charged per fax transmission. If your fax cannot be delivered after all redial attempts, your payment is refunded in full automatically. All sales are final once a fax has been successfully delivered.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver your fax promptly. Delivery times depend on the recipient's fax machine availability. We do not guarantee delivery to numbers that are disconnected, busy indefinitely, or otherwise unreachable.
Uploaded documents are stored temporarily for transmission purposes only and are deleted once the transmission finishes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
JustSendFax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for failed deliveries, delays, or any damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
